NumberOne
Technologies, LLC is an Information Technology (IT)
consulting firm with a reputation for delivering high-end
services to our clients. In fact, client satisfaction
is our "NumberOne" priority. We help clients
reduce costs, realize returns on their technology investments,
and manage their enterprise systems. This is accomplished
by fostering a team of professionals with industrial
experience and intense personal commitment to its work.
We are trusted advisors to our clients, because they
know that they can depend on us. These factors have
helped us to build win-win relationships and provide
services for companies and agencies such as GE Information
Systems, IBM, AT&T Wireless and the Internal Revenue
Service (IRS). We also are partners with IBM, Microsoft and Cisco.
In
October 2004, NumberOne Technologies was named as the
Minority Contracting Firm of the Year by the National
Capital Minority Business Opportunity Committee (NCMBOC).
In addition, NumberOne Technologies was the only technology
company to be selected as a finalist in the Prince George's
County Board of Trade's Small Business of the Year competition
in 2003.

Founders
NumberOne
Technologies was founded by Andre T. Fraser and
Mandinema (Mondi) Kumbula-Fraser. Ms. Kumbula-Fraser
is NumberOne Technologies' Principal & General Counsel. Prior
to joining NumberOne Technologies, Ms. Kumbula-Fraser
served as legislative counsel for the American Bar Association
and lobbied on technology issues including electronic
commerce, cybersecurity and electronic government. In
addition, she was a trial attorney in both Maryland
and the District of Columbia. Ms. Kumbula-Fraser serves
on the board of directors for several organizations,
including the Constituency for Africa and the Technology Assistance Center for Prince George's County. She also serves on the Advisory Council
for the Greater Prince George's Business Roundtable.
Ms. Kumbula-Fraser has an undergraduate degree in Public
Relations from Howard University and a law degree from
the Catholic University of America.
As
a Principal with NumberOne
Technologies, Mr. Fraser is a pioneer in the application
service provider industry. He helped design and/or build
some of the largest e-business sites, including www.kinkos.com
and www.hpshopping.com. Prior to founding NumberOne
Technologies, Mr. Fraser worked for such reputable companies
as Hewlett-Packard, Coleman-Martin and USinternetworking.
He is heavily involved in the Tivoli community and serves on the Advisory Council for the Greater
Prince George's Business Roundtable. In 2001, Mr. Fraser
was featured on the front cover of the technology section
of the Washington Post for being one of the hardest
workers in the IT field. He has both an undergraduate
degree in Electrical Engineering and a graduate degree
in Computer Science from Howard University.
